Professionally, Cassie is a seasoned leader with a passion for optimizing processes and empowering teams to deliver exceptional results. After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Real Estate and Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Cassie has spent 15 years working in corporate America. From her early days as an Analyst in Financial Systems at Brady Corporation to her role as Director of Sales Operations at XPO Logistics, Cassie has honed her skills in operations management, strategic planning, and team development, and has embraced each opportunity with a commitment to making a positive impact. During her time at Office Depot as Director of Sales Enablement, Cassie’s leadership was characterized by a dedication to supporting her team and driving meaningful change. Now, as she embarks on a new chapter joining Front Light in 2024, Cassie is eager to bring her unique background, upbringing and passion to the realm of home construction and design.
With a genuine love for the region’s natural beauty and a deep respect for its rich architectural heritage, Cassie approaches her role with a sense of humility and gratitude.
