Julie started her design career early on during her undergraduate studies, interning with residential design firms in both Aiken, South Carolina and Montgomery, Alabama.
SHE ALSO, GAINED KNOWLEDGE OF SALES AND FURNITURE CONSTRUCTION WHILE WORKING INTERNATIONAL TRADE SHOWS FOR A FURNITURE COMPANY.
In 2017, Julie earned a B.S. in Interior Design from Georgia Southern University. Upon graduation, she moved to the Lowcountry to pursue her career in the Kitchen and Bath Industry and is a certified associate kitchen and bath designer. Julie is thrilled to be joining the Front Light team and continue to grow in the design industry. When Julie is not in the office you can find her at home on the farm enjoying the outdoors with her husband Luke.

“I always knew I would be an interior designer from a young age because I was more interested in rearranging the furniture in my Barbie dream house than playing with the actual Barbie doll. In high school, I moved from the big city of Washington D.C. to the small town of Vidalia, Georgia where I met my high school sweetheart, Luke. After almost ten years of dating, Luke finally convinced me to move out to his farm where we just celebrated our first wedding anniversary. Luke farms tobacco, pecans, and cattle.”
