The second option to living in your dream home. Ready to Build means that the home plan has been selected and the home has been through the design process and is just about ready for the permit process. There are no interior or exterior structural changes allowed. It does allow for a few decorative changes & selections to include cabinet colors, countertops, floors, lights, plumbing to tile collections. The options are outlined in the Ready to Build booklet and will be presented to you upon purchase.
