With more than 40 years of experience in residential construction, Chip Adams brings unmatched expertise to his role as Senior Project Manager.
Growing up in a custom homebuilding family, he advanced from laborer to framer, foreman, and superintendent before founding his own building company in Minnesota, which he ran for over 25 years. Since moving to Hilton Head in 2012, Chip has focused on managing quality builds with professionalism and care. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Linda, their three children, and seven grandchildren.
