As Chief Financial Officer, Delton Cunningham brings more than 30 years of financial leadership, including two decades in senior roles across homebuilding, real estate, and flooring industries.
A Certified Public Accountant and graduate of the University of Florida, Delton began his career at Arthur Andersen before holding executive positions with Inland Homes, Lifestyle Flooring, and Bovie Medical Corporation. At Front Light, he ensures financial strength and operational discipline, guided by his belief that the company should never build a home its team wouldn’t live in themselves. Originally from Florida, Delton now lives in the Lowcountry with his wife, Robin, and enjoys time with their children and grandchildren.
