Position: Construction Site Leader – Superintendent (Field Operations)

We’re looking for a hands-on Superintendent who thrives in the field and takes pride in bringing projects across the finish line, on time, on budget, and built the right way.

Your Role in the Build

As our on-site construction leader, you’ll be the driving force behind daily operations, coordinating teams, solving problems in real time, and ensuring every phase of the project is executed with precision.

You will:

  • Lead from the field by overseeing day-to-day construction activity and subcontractor performance
  • Keep projects on track by managing schedules, sequencing work, and addressing delays early
  • Deliver consistent quality by ensuring all work aligns with plans, specifications, and company standards
  • Communicate clearly by providing updates, tracking changes, and documenting progress
  • Maintain a safe and organized jobsite by enforcing safety protocols and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate across the team to support efficient project execution
  • Contribute to the overall customer experience by ensuring the finished product reflects attention to detail

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years of construction experience, including field leadership or supervisory responsibilities

  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Working knowledge of safety standards and building codes
  • Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Commitment to quality, accountability, and professionalism
