By directly managing commercial construction, we maintain design continuity, control schedules and costs, align amenities with community vision and reduce handoff risk. We believe that problems surfaced early are easier (and less expensive) to solve, front-end decisions determine construction outcomes, and respect for capital should guide every choice.

Front Light Commercial’s focus today is anchored in Upstate South Carolina. Greenwood, SC is our home base, and we have other long-term growth markets on the horizon.
